The Fossil Collection

All the pieces in this collections are exact copies of actual fossils from my collection. I make a silicon mold of the fossil, then use the metal clay in the mold.  After firing, there is a small amount of shrinkage as the organic parts of the clay burn off to leave solid silver charms. They have an antique finish to really emphasise all the surface detail from each fossil.  These little charms work really well as pendants or charms on a bracelet and look equally as striking on a silver chain or a black, leather effect thong.
