Handmade fine silver pendants made from real Trailing Bellflower leaves

These solid, silver pendants were created using real leaves.  They have a very distinctive shape and texture. Trailing Bellflower is a plant with distinctive purple flowers.  Both the leaves and flowers are edible, but since it tend to grow where dog like to pee eating them is probably not advisable.

Layer after layer of liquid clay is applied to the leaves, each layer being left to dry before the next one is applied until it is twenty layers thick.  Once dried and finished, they are fired and the leaves burn away until the remaining pendants are just pure silver.  The texture of the real leaves are beautifully captured in exquisite detail. As they are all made from individual leaves, they are all slightly different in shape which makes them all unique, and therefore slightly different to those shown in the photos.

They generally measure approx. 3cm long, 2cm wide at it's widest point.
